I have literally been ghosted .The process was supposed to consist of 5 steps, they were giving feedback quickly after each step but after the 3rd interview i didn't get any response. After more than a week I kindly asked for feedback and they said they would get back to me in the following week. Another 2 weeks passed, I asked again for feedback (in the meantime they had published the position again and finally deleted it. I never heard back from them. Poor candidate experience.
