I applied online and received an email next day to set up a 15 min screening phone call. I talked to the recruiter on the phone and she came across as uninterested and rude. She asked me a few basic questions and gave me chance to ask her questions, but then she gave me short responses to the questions I asked. Said my resume would be passed on to the hiring team and got an email next day saying they wouldn't be moving forward.
Thanks for your feedback and for applying to MuleSoft! I apologize that you didn't have the warm intro we aim to have with all candidates. We will work on this to ensure a consistent, positive experience for everyone.

First a Phone Screening with a recruiter, then a mock call with hiring manager and then a final interview. The process usually takes 2 weeks so pretty quick compared to other companies.

The interview process was challenging but exhilarating. There were ample opportunities to share what individual research I had done but also learn from my recruiter and interviewers. I found my recruiter helpful every step of the way.
