Despite multiple referrals to MITRE from long-time employees and a dozen applications, it was quite difficult to get that first interview. I learned when a determined employee took my resume to his manager that the resumes I had been sending in were not retained as part of the corporate resume bank which Recruiting claims exists. Since there are some requirements in re EEO and such about retaining applications for a period of time, it seems this part of their system needs work. I interviewed with a panel at which I was asked to describe an important project that I had worked on and to discuss my contribution. The questions were the standard where do you see yourself in a few years and how did my work improve or impact the Government sponsor. The questions were not especially difficult but deciding on the presentation was and the interviewers did not seem to be in alignment with each other, which was challenging to navigate in the moment.

Like other reviewers here I had a fairly standard interview, consisting of a panel of 5 individuals who alternated between technical/programmatic/interpersonal questions. Overall it was a great interview and the team was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
However my review is a warning to others due to lack of decency by the talent advisor. After being down selected I waited 7 weeks, foregoing other offers, only to be told the project had been cancelled the day before Thanksgiving. Despite my best efforts to reach out to the advisor, I would only receive ambiguous replies days or weeks later. So my advice would be if you’re not receiving definitive answers from your talent advisor, move on or at least prioritize your other options.

Can you describe some uses cases where leveraging AI within the IAMD domain specifically regarding C2 would benefit the operational community, and prioritize your approach and employment of such tools?
I applied in February, heard back mid April after I found another position. I would've accepted the offer first but it took way too long. Outside of that, no complaints.
