The process involved 3 phases. The first two are pretty basic one-on-ones with the team lead. The third included a series of of questions by a large audience regarding previous work experience and technical information. The audience included 10+ individuals with degrees ranging from Masters to PhD. After the questions, you have to give an hour long technical presentation to the group with follow up questions.
