Entrevista
The interview is a group interview. When I arrived, I met briefly with HR and then they walked me into a conference room where five people waited to interview me. If you don't know ahead of time that it's going to be a group interview, it can be a bit of a shock.

I was interviewing for an infrastructure management position so they asked me questions from the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. For example: What is a change and how do you manage it?
Pretty standard process. Phone screen and 2 virtual interviews with hiring manager and teams. However, after the final in person meeting, radio silent. I got ghosted and my application still says I'm under consideration after almost 2 months. Very disappointed with how they conducts the overall process.

What types of system did you use previously for your analysis?
The interview was scheduled and conducted quickly but took a long time to hear back. The issue was getting all of the interviewers together to coordinate feedback and make the offer. Taking this long might result in losing applicants if other companies are quicker.
Multiple rounds, one skills test, pretty good experience. Thorough background check process and past employment verification. Very normal for this industry. No weird creativity questions. Was able to talk with employees through LinkedIn before interview and I think that helped a little. They seem to allow for internal moves and do a lot of promoting from within
