Initial phone screen from a manger followed by an additional phone conversation w/ HR. Next I was flown to the metro DC location for an afternoon of interviews with the dept Head, Associate Dept Head, Group Leader, HR; then I was required to give a 15 minute presentation.

How would you respond to a "hard-to-handle" client that wanted you to endorse something that was unethical?
When do you walk away from a client that is making decisions inconsistent with the advice & guidance you have provided to the detriment of the program/initiative?
Pretty standard process. Phone screen and 2 virtual interviews with hiring manager and teams. However, after the final in person meeting, radio silent. I got ghosted and my application still says I'm under consideration after almost 2 months. Very disappointed with how they conducts the overall process.

What types of system did you use previously for your analysis?
The interview was scheduled and conducted quickly but took a long time to hear back. The issue was getting all of the interviewers together to coordinate feedback and make the offer. Taking this long might result in losing applicants if other companies are quicker.
Multiple rounds, one skills test, pretty good experience. Thorough background check process and past employment verification. Very normal for this industry. No weird creativity questions. Was able to talk with employees through LinkedIn before interview and I think that helped a little. They seem to allow for internal moves and do a lot of promoting from within
