They meet you at some random parking lot, ask you a couple questions, make sure your car is clean, have you drive them around the block and take pictures of you and your car. It took me a few days after talking to her on the phone to arrange a time to meet.

Entrevista
You download the app, you start the application process, giving them your license plate #, social security, DL #, a Profile photo, Car insurance, TX Registration sticker info, and consent to a background check; when they've verified your info and your BG check has been cleared, then you're good to hit the road.
No interview just have a good driving record with a positive background check and everything should be good to go from there and wait a few days until you you get an email that your background and driving record is positive
No interview, just fill out driver application on app and go get registered in person. Super easy. Get insurance approval and car inspected. Your car must meet the vehicle requirements in order to begin driving.
