I was contacted by a recruiter via email a few days after applying online. We set up a phone screen a few days later. The recruiter was not very engaging and it was clear I was not a fit within a few minutes of our call. She did not ask me many questions and ended the all quickly. I was rejected via automated email less than 24 hours later.
