The recruiting team at Lyft was great, and able to accommodate for a very busy schedule. The interview process was ok, but being left alone in a room with the door closed for 15 mins bw each interview does get a bit old. I thought I'd see a bit more passion from Lyft's employees. Some were amazing and personal, some surprisingly didn't seem to have the spirit that I see in Lyft's community. Overall seems like a great place perhaps going through a few (understandable) growing pains.

Entrevista
easy from HR. Phone interview with the senior manager and ask some technical and business related question. Basically they are looking for a guy who has a lot of experience on paid search. Just FYI, there is a written test for excel function.
