Typical interview process in tech. Several rounds, take home model/presentation, final panel. But super super disorganized. Due to the recruiter. Also sounds like a really intense work environment. Long hours, low pay. Made it to final rounds but they ended up hiring someone in another country. They wouldn't give feedback
