Entrevista
There was a phone interview, then an onsite interview, then a homework assignment, then the final interview. Most of it was great but my final interview was the Friday before Halloween. I was interviewed by a woman dressed as the Wicked Witch of the West. She ended my interview early and escorted me from the building when I said I needed some time guaranteed on Sunday's so I could go to church. Needless to say I didn't get the job. I hadn't realized Lyft had such an anti-religious stance.

They asked me to answer fake customer complaint phone calls.
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entrevista
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
