Friendly and explained why I did not get the position I originally applied for. Explained difficulties keeping staff in Produce area, Did a lot of talking about staff that don't stat long and hopes I might help change the negativity that is present what benefits I would have, staff discounts, not much more to say About it, Really not anything to say as what they said didn't meet their actions.

Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
