During the interview, things were smooth, and the questions were pretty standard for an associate role. I talked about a time when I had to handle a tricky team member by just being open and talking it out.

easy enough, was for minimum wage so like it wasn't too bad, basically just posting this to get access to the site. i got hired and made about twelve or thirteen or fourteen per hour or 26 per two hours.
Phone Interview or screening where they asked a few questions and then was given one in-person interview with the store manager that lasted about 15 minutes before an offer was made.
It was a typical phone screen. One round, no in person component. Took approximately two weeks to hear back. Very easy behavioral evaluation. May have moved to an online process since then.
