Interview process was very simple. Sent me an e-mail to schedule a group meeting time that fit my schedule. Came into the group interview, filled out a quick one page paper to get to know you. They went one by one and asked what we wrote. Then there was a group activity to see how well you work with the others.

The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
