They asked why you want to work here, how much you want to make and if you have any questions. I got a call for an interview but they had no availability to do an interview after 2pm or on weekends which was my only availability as a high school student. Eventually they had a career fair on a Saturday so I went and was hired on the spot!
The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.
