I applied online and the next day a recruiter called and told me about some positions available. Then she signed me up for an interview at my selected located. The interview was good. The manager was very nice and helpful. She really wanted to know if i had open availability. She then went on and did a drug test and hired me on the spot. She then said I should be getting a call for orientation within the next few days.

The interview process was very smooth and professional. They were very understanding and relatable. I didn't feel intimidated like most interviews. Good interactions. I would recommend this job as a first time job for anyone looking to start out.

First there was an phone interview which was pretty simple. Then there was an interview at the store you'll work at. Be prepared to answer questions about finding substitutes for customer if item is out of stock.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email about two days later. I completed a quick phone interview and went in for an interview the next day. The manager asked me when I was available, and I said that I was available every day. I also mentioned I was going back to school in August. I was told at the interview that the position did not exist yet and I would not be working for another eight weeks. I was not aware of this until I went in for the interview, and I had to decline the offer.
