The interview process is very straightforward. There are two 30-minute virtual interviews. The questions asked are behavioral and situational, not accounting-based. It was a very smooth interview and turnaround time of one day!

Describe a time you have had adversity with a coworker/group member. How did you navigate the situation?
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
