2 online exams (1 including video responses) 1 Virtual Launchpad (Assessment Center) First Exam is mainly maths based, lots of percentages Second exam had some maths and had a case study which required video and written responses. Assessment centre had a group task (about a case study) 10 min interview reflecting on the group task with some situational questions and a 45 min interview after.

this was the online assessment stage, it was okay with a lot of numerical reasoning with percentages and a lot of practice of scheduling pretend workers who had certain conditions and days they had to work on
