The entire interview process is a five stage process that begins with an online application. After this, an IQ test is handed out. On successful completion of this test and attaining the requisite grade, a group interview follows. At this stage, they test your ability to work in a group and solve practical problems. After this two panel interviews with the management and partnership, then an offer follows
Das Vorstellungsgespräch ging 1h. Die erste halbe Stunde wurden ganz normale Fragen gestellt wie, erzählen Sie mal was über sich oder warum wollen Sie ins Advisory gehen. Danach kam eine Case Study.

De procedure bestond uit meerdere rondes zoals het indienen van een cv en motivatie, het uitvoeren van een capaciteitentest en het invullen van een persoonlijkheidstest. Daarnaast werden er ook gesprekken gevoerd.
