First interview with senior manager
I was asked a brief introduction with focus on academic and career achievement. Next was behavior questions. The interviewer told me she will give me a couple of behavior questions before questioning right away.
The second interview was with a partner. Mostly conversational, but was asked why accounting and what is my vision in this area.

Can you tell me about the time you had a challenging situation with team member and had to resolve.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
