The interview process is quite straightforward, you first will receive online test, then video interview. If you successfully make through, then you will receive the invitation for career launchpad. And the launchpad includes case study interview (group interview) and final interview.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
