I applied in various positions withing KPMG, writing all the personalised motivation letters and etc. And all the time for my efforts I have received only automated response without any explanation why my skills are not matching the requirements. Even though in my environment I know people who have managed to get a job even though they had relatively less experience in the field. So I guess it is a lot about how you are going to express your "culture".

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
