Entrevista
I applied for winter internship before the campus recruiting season. I took quantitative and verbal tests but did not make it to interview that winter. Later when I applied for full-time, my record was still in the system so I skipped written test and directly moved on to interviews. I first had interview with one senior manager and manager. They asked about team work experiences, how to handle pressure and the reason why I chose audit since my major was not. About one week later, I got a phone call from KPMG to schedule an interview with partner. The second interview with partner was pretty short and focused more on career plan and how you see yourself in near future.

Questions about pressure were rather unexpected (more in how direct they ask them, like do you ever stayed up all night to finish a project ).
Smooth and fast reply , but the intake too long after the interview session will made candidates to chose other company that has a more shorter starting job , that all
First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation

Online interview, and then to next interview processes (including manager interview, and partner interview). The online interview include several parts, such as AI interview asking some behavioural questions about yourself and math questions
