I applied online. One week after I received an email for a brief conversation about my CV. Few days after, I did this interview (phone call) with one recruitment member who was very unprofessional. When you are doing an interview to one candidate you try to have a fluent conversation and catch from that conversation the most relevant aspects of the candidate, however in that case was the opposite. The recruiter let me know from the very beginning that I must speak very slow because he/she have to take notes and interrupts me very frequently because he/she didn't successfully catch what I said. In addition, despite the recruiter ask me about my professional experience, he/she interrupts me because from her/his point of view I was giving a lot of information that will be ask later, something that never happened.
At the end, the recruiter told me that I will be contacted in the following two week for the following steps something that never happened and I'm pretty sure that is nothing new about this company recruiter team because the same happened few months ago that I applied to a different position.
Unfortunately, despite this is a great company I will not consider it again due to the lack of professionalism from the recruiter team that is one of the first impression that you have from the company when you are looking for a new job opportunity and talk a lot about company organisation.

The process was smooth but 2nd Interview was tough. It was only DSA while 1st Interview was overall Core Cs and a basic DSA pattern question

One thing I learned: rejections do not define your capability. Sometimes you just need one opportunity that matches your efforts.
Walking into this process after many disappointments made this offer feel even more special for me.
The interview process will consist of two rounds followed by a final Partner round. The overall difficulty level is expected to be easy to moderate. The focus will primarily be on assessing your basic technical knowledge, conceptual clarity, and practical understanding of core fundamentals. If you have worked thoroughly on the basics and understand the practical application of concepts, the interview can be cleared comfortably. Make sure you revise key topics, be structured in your answers, and demonstrate confidence while responding. With proper preparation and a calm, confident approach, this process can be easily cracked.
