The partner interview will last 20 mins, which based on your career motivation, your attribute of resilience and business acumen. At last the parter will ask if you have any question to ask him or her, it is also very important to prepare some valuable question to ask.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
