The screening process began within 24 hrs of applying. An interview call was scheduled for 3 days later. The call was scheduled for 10am, the call came in 5 minutes early. I rather got the feeling that I was just a number on a call sheet.

I was asked 4 or 5 short screening questions. None were really relevant to the over 20 years in the industry, or for the role I was interviewing for. I was just verifying the information on my resume.
