I had a first interview round over the phone, it was a phone interview with a manager. Very nice person, everyone I had contact with in the company has actually been very available and kind so far. The Second interview was also a phone interview with another manager and a week apart form the first. She asked a few questions about my CV and background and then gave me a case. After the case, she gave me her feedback on how I did.

You have behavorial rounds, they want to get to know you. They go through your cv and your past experiences. If you pass these rounds they will give you a case to prepare for 24hrs by powerpoint.
