Was the best ever. The director and partner were very open and understanding. I got my first response within 24 hours.
I was then called for a second interview with a director of the team I had chosen to work for. He gave hints that he'd be taking me by saying 'Hope to see you again' when the interview ended
Good questions asked every smooth questions related to ind as 115, 116 , 16 overall difference betweern private equity fund and hedge fund, management fee, impact of management fee on NAV , carry , waterfall calculation
1er tour rh : assez classique sur les motivations, attendus sur le poste, qualité, défauts…
2e directeur : case study amélioré perf, fit rapide
3e partner : clôture, proposition salaire
