As a private partnership, the interview process is very lengthy. Several layers of approval are necessary. Hard and Risk weigh into the process as well. It see,Ed as though it was less about the people interviewed at some point and as mch about getting authorizations and approvals to negotiate and move forward.

Screen followed by formal conversations with multiple partners, recruiter and then in person discussions. Required business case definition and presentation to a group. People were nice and very intentional with questions and answers follow ups
