The process started with an online application, followed by an invitation to a virtual interview. Communication from the recruitment team was clear and timely, which made the process smooth. The interview itself was conducted by two interviewers who were friendly and made an effort to create a comfortable environment.
One positive aspect of the interview was the professionalism and respect shown throughout the process. The interviewers gave me time to answer questions and also provided an opportunity for me to ask about the role, team culture, and growth.

Pregunta 1
The questions were a mix of behavioral and situational topics. They focused on teamwork, problem-solving, leadership experiences, and how I handle challenging situations. Some questions also explored my understanding of the industry and why I was interested in working at KPMG. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in learning about my experiences rather than just asking scripted.
The first one is online assessment and the second one is virtual assessment. It has easy coding questions but majority of the questions are about their mission and you have done to demonstrate your knowledge

Rocket program. Entrevista con equipo de recursos humanos y con el equipo técnico. Preguntas muy poco técnicas y más enfocadas en tu capacidad de trabajo expresión, capacidad para argumentar y razonar
