First, the department head will conduct a brief phone call for communication. After that, the candidate needs to complete the online application, behavioral interview and HR interview, following which a verbal offer will be extended.
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.
