I was asked to apply online on the kpmg Pakistan website. I filled up the form and waited for 2 weeks then I got a call for my first interview with the HR manager. After that was done I was told to wait for another 2 weeks and then I was called by the HR department and I was lined up for the second and final interview with the audit partner. I cleared that as well and got a phone call that I had been selected.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
