The process was Assessment tests, Phone interview, HR-interview, Interview with team leader and a Senior Associate. No technical questions, just fit questions and chemistry with the upcoming team. All were on Teams.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
