The interview had many rounds, I had 7 different meetings with different layers of the organization. While I appreciate the hiring manager wanting feedback from future peers and the former head, it felt like a very large number of interviews. Interview process was fairly standard. 30-60 minute video conference in a Q&A format.

Very disorganized and lengthy with poor communication to job candidates on exchanges between loops and with hiring managers who gave very generic or little feedback overall it wasn’t a great experience
