The Interview process was very detailed driven and intellectually stimulating. It was a telephonic interview lasting for 30-40 mins. It began with my introduction and then talking about specific projects from my portfolio (Resume and Portfolio shared in advance). The interview panel consisted of three people, and they questioned about the intricacies of my projects, mostly questioning the reasoning behind certain design decisions, research insights and overall process followed. Also, they were interested in understanding my approach and attention to detail. It was a touch interview.

We had it at a bar, I rode my bike there and had a Stella Artois, I can't remember what my prospective new boss had. We chatted about the role and then he offered me the job.
