Entrevista
1. Application/Resume Screening
Purpose: To shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and keywords.
What Happens: HR or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scans your resume for relevant skills and experience.
🔹 2. Initial HR/Phone Screening
Mode: Phone or video call (10–30 mins).
Handled By: HR or recruiter.
Focus:
Verify resume details.
Discuss your interest in the role and salary expectations.
Evaluate communication skills and availability.
🔹 3. Technical/Skill Assessment
Format: Online test, coding challenge, or take-home assignment.
Purpose: To evaluate technical or domain-specific skills.
Examples:
Coding test (for software roles).
Case study (for business roles).
Aptitude and logical reasoning (for freshers or BPO roles).
🔹 4. Technical Interview(s)
Mode: Video call or in-person.
Handled By: Tech leads or senior team members.
Focus:
Deep dive into your technical knowledge.
Projects, problem-solving, algorithms, system design, tools, or software used.
May include whiteboard coding or live debugging.

I think they send out an interview to practically everyone who applies, but it's just online with no interviewer, you record yourself speaking. 2 sections, 2 behavioral and 2 technical questions
Easy hackerrank code and english test after then after there was a rejection for no reason the hackerrank was super easy i finished it in 10 minutes and for some reason there was a rejection i dont know why
First was a leetcode coding test, easy-medium questions I could answer in any language. Then there was a screening, asked me questions about my experience relating to the job as well as I had to walk through my though process as I went through a problem.
