IBM requirement process as always was a swift and easy going process. Also, the recruiters were pretty friendly. Regular email were sent time to time, which were helpful in getting required updates .
- 1. Primarily related to experience in a particular programming language( mine was in Python) 2. Also, common terminologies of web development like DOM and Doctype

They had me go through some cognitive tests and coding questions. Interviewers were nice. Was all virtual at the time. The recruiter answered most of my questions regarding prep work before it.
- Random (but relevant) questions about the languages that I put on my resume. They also asked questions about my work. Fair questions. No DP problems or Leet Code garbage.

The overall interview process was not stressful. The interviewers were relaxed and definitely seemed like they wanted to get to know you and hear about your past experiences. The most important part was your interest and eagerness to learn.

Great! Simple and to the point. They asked about my experience and skills. The focus in my proposal development skills and my project management skills mostly. and I’m surprised that that is not 30 words. I thought it would be a lot more.
- To explain my experience in the information systems industry specifically in the proposal development area they asked for a lot of examples.

1st round was Online mcq. The 2nd round was technical discussion followed by managerial discussion. It was moderate level and the process was not stretched for long. Offer letter was delivered pretty fast within a week.

Initially there was a coding test consisting of 2 questions,leetcode easy and medium level questions.After that psychometric test.Based on the results of these they started calling people for the interview.
