It was a virtual interview process with the delivery manager, technical round for 1 hour. Questions about the previous projects I have worked on , past experiences and technical knowledge
The IBM interview process includes resume screening, technical interviews on coding and concepts, and HR round evaluating communication, culture fit, and overall suitability. Overall difficulty level is easy to moderate .
1st round is technical round and another is Manager round after that got call from HR to negotiate the package. Received the offer letter within 1 week. Technical round lasted for 45 mins and asked c# basics, .net core questions and manager round discussed about current project and latest technologies used.

I had two rounds of Interview.. first was technical which had questions on my skill set. Second was a bit of technical , functional and discussion on my experience and expectations.
