The recruitment process consisted of four stages:
Online Coding Assessment: This stage involved a single coding challenge with a 45-minute time limit. This assessed candidates' technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
English Proficiency Test: This untimed online test measured candidates' written and comprehension skills in English.
Offline Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates from the first two stages participated in an in-person group discussion. This assessed their communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
Interview: Final stage candidates engaged in an individual interview with company representatives. This provided a deeper understanding of the candidate's personality, experiences, and fit for the role.
It's important to note that each stage served as an elimination round, with only successful candidates progressing to the next level.

The interview process was pretty moderate level of hardness, string and array questions, focusing on problem-solving, edge cases, time complexity, clear communication, basic optimization, and logical thinking under pressure situations.

one coding round, then group discussion and finally in-person interview. Overall difficulty was easy. One string question in DSA round and resume based interview questions. 10 members participated in table round group discussion for total 10 minutes.
