Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-

I applied during a recruitment event. The HR called me on the next day to schedule a phone interview. The initial interview was around 20 min. During it, the HR person explained the main aspects of the job, asked me questions on my resume, as well as finance and accounting ones in the end. When applying, make sure you know your Excel skills as this question will inevitably be asked.

it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
