First interview was via telephone, followed up by in-person 1:1 interview with hiring manager & some of his team members.
The interviews were not formally structured (i.e. each interviewer seemed to have their own style, preferred line of questions). Mostly a get-to-know-you approach, with some specific probing on relevant experience.

Indepth, gruelling process, interviewed by 6 folks back to back, went for a lunch outing with them which was more like a group interview, it was very well organized, a bit intimidating though
I got a call after submitting my profile. It was an HR interview. It last for half an hour. The recruiter was very friendly and ask about the background. After few days I had a technical interview and afterwards a managerial interview.
