Submitted CV and answered few questions online. The questions were like "Why IBM", "Why this program?", "Why technology?". The day after my application I received 2 emails, one to complete a video interview (3 questions) and one to complete the test. The test is not that complicated, but you need to practise since you don't have much time to complete it. I recevied the results of both test and interview after few weeks.

the technical assessment was very theoretical and the group discussion depends on your teammates mostly. it was a good yet unpredictable experience but they dont get back to you if you're not selected
It was very difficult but a rich experience for me. Most applicants were from world top universities. The interview atmosphere was very nice, everyone actively participated in the group discussions. The examiners were passionate.
