I received a phone call from IBM with an offer for a position of change manager. They had reviewed my CV on a job portal. I was interviewed on phone the first time & I had to explain my current job profile, past experiences & the roles & responsibilities I handle and my understanding of the job that was offered. I was shortlisted for the next round for a 1:1 interview at their office in Bangalore (Embassy Golf Links) tow days after phone call. I had been there & was interviewed by the Project Manager & once i was shortlisted I was pushed to the final round conducted by a senior manager of the Technology department 3 days later. And after 2 days from final round, I received a call telling I have been selected for the offer & been to their office for the paper work.

Scenario based questions, HR round, Salary discussion, technical round, communication round, skill assessment, direst walk in went whole day of the interview process. need to be ready for the whole day process
