The job role was something I had never done or even heard of, but the kind of skills required were present in me... In a span of 6 months I have moved to a better role with more growth.. All I was said in the beginning of the interview was "you should be hardworking and eager to learn with interest, coz the skills required for the job still can be taught but if you dont have interest you will never be suitable for any job."

Entrevista
Phone interview in English to test language skills, followed by interview in the other foreign language that needs to be tested.
Live interview with written English exam, followed by many questions on what experiences you have had so far (this position is not entry level, so experience is really important). Solving some small problems, answering to ethics questions.
Within 1 day an e-mail is sent with an online IQ test, when completed successfully, you get an offer automatically by mail.
