Slow and inefficient. It toke more than 3 months before I could start working. If I asked for an update, nobody from HR could tell me anything. Filling out online forms and the same information on paper is no need. Once is enough. Interviews itself were ok, but due to the low level of the work I had not expected any difficulties in that.
