The interview process consisted of three stages:
A 30-minute HR screening call covering my background, experience, motivation for applying, salary expectations, and availability.
A 1-hour technical interview focused on system design, software architecture, cloud technologies, problem-solving, and discussions around previous projects and technical decisions.
A 1-hour business conduct interview assessing leadership, stakeholder management, collaboration, communication skills, decision-making, and alignment with the company's values and culture.
