The application process involved an initial online form and CV. From that there was an online assessment centre involving an interview in which you did a pre-prepared presentation and then a group assessment. The group assessment involved 5 other students and you had to come up with a solution and present it back. Following passing the assessment centre, you are brought through to matching and then a final interview with a manager who selected you from the matching pool.
