Experience was not pleasant at all. Felt cheated. Technical Interview Process was ok , All technology related questions , but on qualifying the interview. The HR discussion was the worst , they promised my expected CTC at very beginning and post tech interviews and asked me to upload all the relevant docs on their portal like mark sheet and Background verification related forms and sent salary break up in a mail . But after 3 days HR called and said that he needs to get approval as my expected CTC was suddenly seems to be high although it was discussed and made clear to him before . There was no response from them for almost 15 days, then one day HR called and said he can only offer X amount(after getting approval ) which was 31% less than expected , which was shocking. Not a genuine process wasted my time and effort and I uploaded my docs to their website. what a pity ...
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an initial HR screening focused on my background, project experience, and notice period. The next round was a technical discussion where I was asked detailed questions on Power Apps Canvas Apps, Dataverse architecture, and automation using Power Automate and Azure DevOps pipelines.
A third round involved a practical scenario—designing a dynamic approval flow and explaining how I would implement environment-based configurations and service connections in Azure DevOps.
The final round was with the hiring manager, which focused on my problem-solving approach, cross-team collaboration, and project delivery experiences. The entire process took about two weeks, and communication was timely and transparent throughout.

They asked me to explain a complex Power Apps solution I built and how I optimized performance using collections and delegation
The discussion primarily revolved around use-case–oriented questions designed to assess practical problem-solving abilities. In addition, there were a number of technical questions aimed at evaluating my subject-matter knowledge and depth of expertise. Overall, the focus was on understanding how theoretical concepts can be applied to real-world scenarios, supported by a few direct technical questions.

Interview experience was smooth. One round of technical followed by HR. Technical interview was not hard. HR round included basic questions of introduction , salary expectation, location preference, remote work, company benifit etc. overall interview process was not too hard
