Unlike other institutions where candidates go through written tests or online exams, our shortlisting was done entirely at random. There was no predefined evaluation or screening based on academic performance, aptitude tests, or coding challenges. Instead, students were directly selected for the interview without any prior assessment, making the process unpredictable and entirely luck-based. This approach differed significantly from standard recruitment procedures, where companies typically conduct multiple rounds of assessments before shortlisting candidates for interviews.
