Recruiter was pleasant enough but not 100% knowledgeable about job specifics. Couldn’t address return to office policy, bonus structure or territory details. Also couldn’t explain training requirements or performance criteria.

What were the most important skills you learned in your previous position.
The process for an Account Executive role at Google Dublin typically consists of four stages, including an information session, initial screening, and multiple interviews with different team members. The timeline is not extremely fast — there are waiting periods between stages, especially after the final round. Candidates report the full process taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Great support during the process.

What is your greatest accomplishment in your career
They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
